Licensed/Master Level Clinician

Bachelor or Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work or a related field. Experience in counseling preferred but not required. Some duties include assessing youth and families, developing and updating treatment plans, and the ability to communicate verbally and in writing the need for continued treatment. Providing individual, group and family counseling. Participate in weekly clinical meetings to address youth enrolled in services and internal and external collaborative meetings and community events.

FAMILY CONSULTANT

B.S. or B.A. in Psychology, Social Work or a related field. At least two (2) years’ experience in a paraprofessional position working in mental health, substance abuse or other community programs. Some duties include interviewing youth, families, teachers and other individuals in regards to youth receiving services. Provide individual, group and family skill building sessions based on identified goals. Participate in weekly clinical meetings to address youth enrolled in services and internal and external collaborative meetings and community events.

SUPPORT SERVICE TECHNICIAN

H.S. diploma or GED. Some duties include serving as a positive role model, and demonstrating appropriate social skills. Ensure site and resident safety. Supervise and participate in daily activities with residents that include monitoring of self-administration of medication, chores, grocery shopping, medical appointments etc. Conduct intakes for admissions including review of rules, schedule and processes. Responsible for daily shift reporting, documentation and record keeping. All candidates must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
