Utilization Review Manager
LCSW, LPC, or LMFT licensed in Georgia or Master’s degree fully qualified to perform all UM functions and has: At least three years’ experience in direct care of mental health, substance use and behavioral health including experience with adults and children; At least two years’ experience participating as a member of a treatment team that develops and monitors treatment plans ; Documented training within the past three years in psychopharmacology, medical/psychiatric co-morbidity and complications of serious mental illness; At least one year of experience supervising behavioral health providers; and demonstrated competence in performing UM and review activities.
Licensed/Master Level Clinician
Bachelor or Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work or a related field. Experience in counseling preferred but not required. Some duties include assessing youth and families, developing and updating treatment plans, and the ability to communicate verbally and in writing the need for continued treatment. Providing individual, group and family counseling. Participate in weekly clinical meetings to address youth enrolled in services and internal and external collaborative meetings and community events.
B.S. or B.A. in Psychology, Social Work or a related field. At least two (2) years’ experience in a paraprofessional position working in mental health, substance abuse or other community programs. Some duties include interviewing youth, families, teachers and other individuals in regards to youth receiving services. Provide individual, group and family skill building sessions based on identified goals. Participate in weekly clinical meetings to address youth enrolled in services and internal and external collaborative meetings and community events.
B.A. or B.S. in Social work, Psychology or related field or at least two (2) years’ experience in a paraprofessional position working in mental health, substance abuse or other community programs. Some duties include assessing, developing individualized case management plans including, strengths, needs, preferences and abilities. Working with individuals, family and friend support networks, and other entities. Listening to clients’ concerns and providing individual and group counseling or intervention as required. Recording clients’; progress, engaging referral sources and scheduling appointments. Participating in the treatment team and evaluating progress making adjustments as needed.
H.S. diploma or GED and documented experience conducting group. Some duties include facilitation of psycho-education and life skills groups to various demographics within residential and outpatient settings. Daily documentation of participant participation. Engage in weekly clinical meetings to address progress of participants in internal collaborative meetings.
SUPPORT SERVICE TECHNICIAN
H.S. diploma or GED. Some duties include serving as a positive role model, and demonstrating appropriate social skills. Ensure site and resident safety. Supervise and participate in daily activities with residents that include monitoring of self-administration of medication, chores, grocery shopping, medical appointments etc. Conduct intakes for admissions including review of rules, schedule and processes. Responsible for daily shift reporting, documentation and record keeping. All candidates must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
